All orders are sent from our fulfilment centre in Swindon using Royal Mail. This website serves customers in the United Kingdom and the Channel Islands only. We do not offer international shipping outside these areas.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 12 noon are dispatched the same working day

Orders placed after 12 noon are dispatched the next working day

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays

A dispatch email with tracking will be sent as soon as your parcel has been collected.

Estimated delivery in 2 to 4 working days.

Free Standard Delivery – orders £60 and over

Estimated delivery in 2 to 4 working days.

Express Delivery – £9.95

Estimated delivery in 1 to 3 working days.
